Kent started the day leading by 95 runs with 8 wickets remaining, after the first hour of play they extended the lead to 178 runs with 7 wickets remaining.
At the Lunch interval Kent moved onto 213/3 a lead of 226 runs.
In the Afternoon Session, Rawlins claimed his 1st First Class wicket when he had Will Gidman caught by Jofra Archer. At Tea Kent reached 335/5, Rawlins has figures of 9-0-46-1.
Into the Evening Session the Match has been Delayed by Bad Light with Kent leading by 426 runs with 5 wickets remaining, with the light not getting better the umpires called the remainder of the days play off.
