ICC Americas team to Compete in West Indies

IslandStats.com
English County Cricket Club Kent will play in the upcoming West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) Regional Super50, as will an ICC Americas team and a West Indies U19 team.

It is unknown if any Bermuda players have been invited, but with the West Indies Cricket Board suspending and ending contracts for their players for various infractions, one could only expect that they will not let players from a ICC Suspended Country take part in their tournament.

Kent is the first team from a different ICC Full Member country to participate in this competition. The tournament is being played from January 24th, 2017 until February 18th, 2017 in Antigua and Barbados.

WICB 2017 Regional Super50 – Group Structure
Group A:

Kent Spitfires, Leeward Island Hurricanes, Trinidad & Tobago Force, West Indies Under 19 and Windward Island Volcanoes.

Group B:

Barbados Pride, Guyana Jaguars, CCC (Combined Campuses and Colleges) Marooners, Jamaica Scorpions and ICC Americas.
