The BCB is pleased to announce the results and decisions of the AGM held at Charities House on November 17, 2016 at 6pm.
The minutes of the last AGM, November 26, 2015 were approved.
The Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2015 were approved with a clean unqualified opinion.
KPMG were re-appointed auditors for the year ended 31 December, 2016
The meeting noted the work that had been done on the Constitution and Bye-Laws to date and agreed to appoint a Committee to further develop this work.
The following people were elected to hold office until the AGM of 2019

- Secretary – Cheryl Ann Mapp
- Fund Development Chair - Kimberly Jackson
