Tre Manders and his Sarisbury Athletic Cricket Club 2nd XI teammates went down by 138 to Purbrook Cricket Club’s 1st XI.
With their Division 1 team already in action Manders and the 2nd team took to the field for the Hampshire Cricket League County Division 1 match.
Purbrook won the toss and elected to bat they scored 285/9 in their allotted 50 overs, with Manders holding on to a catch.
In reply Sarisbury were bowled all out for 147, with Manders batting at number 3 the teams third top scorer with 29. Only four batsmen reached double figures with Dan Oliver batting at number 7 the highest scorer with 31, and number nine batsman Tim Ndorowa adding 30.
Manders faced 28 deliveries for his 29, hitting 4 fours and 1 six.
