The ICC Americas Under 19 Tournament, Western & Central Counties as well as Bermuda Cricket Board Premier Division matches took center stage this past weekend and as Islandstats.com has been doing for a number of years, we are bringing you a look at the top performers of the weekend.
In the batting department Dion Stovell from the Southampton Rangers had the best knock of the weekend scoring 154 not out against Cleveland County in their Premier Division match, while his teammate Janeiro Tucker scored 112 not out against PHC during their Western County match and OJ Pitcher from St. David’s Cricket Club scored 104 in their game against Flatt’s Victoria.
Lamont Brangman from Devonshire Recreation Club returned best figures of 7.0-1-23-4, while figures of 10.-2-36-4 saw Kevin Hurdle representing St. David’s Cricket Club record the second best figures of the weekend. Chare Smith from the Bermuda Under 19 National Team had the third best figures for the weekend bowling 10-0-43-4.
