Kamau Leverock, Greg Maybury and Terryn Fray all suited up for Newport Cricket Club in their South Wales Premier League Division One 1st XI match against St Fagans Cricket Club.
St Fagans Cricket Club won the toss and elected to bat, they were bowled all out for 191 in 45.4 overs. Leverock led the bowling attack finishing with figures of 6.4-0-34-3, he also had a hand in a run out. Maybury returned figures of 6-0-26-2.
In reply Newport Cricket Club openers Matthew Norris and Matthew Jones scored 83 and 89 as the pair crossed the score without the team losing a wicket.
