Warwick Workman’s Club 77 Southampton Rangers 81/3


At the Southampton Oval, Kwame Tucker the Southampton Rangers captain won the toss and sent challengers Warwick Workmen’s to bat, they bowled them all out for 77, Lionel Cann was the top scorer with 34, while guest player Jordan DeSilva added 17. Dion Stovell destroyed the Warwick batsmen returning figures of 8.3-7-04-6, while Kevin Tucker bowled 5.0-1-11-2.

In reply Southampton Rangers scored 81/3 in 15.5 overs, with Alex Dore the top scorer with 31 not out and Stovell chipped in with 22 not out. Allan Douglas III was the pick of the Warwick Workmen’s Club bowlers with figures of 7.0-1-31-2, while DeSilva was the only other bowler to claim a wicket with figures of 6.0-1-23-1.

The Bermuda Under 17 National Team won the toss and elected to bat, they scored 204/7 in their allotted 50 overs, Amari Ebbin was the top scorer with 47, while captain Delray Rawlins added 40. Sean Degraff was the pick of the Devonshire Recreation Club bowler with figures of 10-1-40-2.

In reply the Devonshire Recreation Club could only manage 181/9 in their allotted 50 overs. Degraff was the top scorer with 51 not out, while Oladapo Frederick added 47. Micah Simons was the pick of the Bermuda Under 17 National Team bowlers with figures of 6-1-20-3, while Rawlins bowled 10-2-17-2.
