Lady Cougars 9 Lady Rams 1
The curtain came down on the Bermuda Football Association’s Senior League season this evening at the BFA Field, were the Lady Cougars defeated the Women’s Division Champions Lady Rams 9 – 1.
Lady Cougars got three goals from Donte Allen while both Zakiya Maynard and Kashintae Fox scored twice, Jessica Furtado and an own goal accounted for the other goals, while Chantelle Grant scored the lone goal for the Lady Rams.
With the result, the Lady Rams were crowned Women’s Division Champions with 33 points, with Lady Cougars finishing three points behind in second place. The Lady Rams scored 91 goals with striker Shuntae Todd leading the league in goalscoring with 35, while her teammate Dominique Richardson has scored 11 times, Lady Cougars player Jessica Furtado scored 10 times, while Ebonie Burgess from Lady Cougars and Yana Ballantyne from the Lady Rams found the net nine times.

Khano Smith
Smith came on in the 71st minute ad Zack Schilawski became only the third MLS rookie to score a hat trick as New England used a second-half surge to dispatch Toronto FC 4-1 at Gillette Stadium.
New Toronto FC captain Dwayne De Rosario opened the scoring after 28 minutes, but Schilawski responded two minutes after the break to draw the Revolution level. Schilawski scored twice more to complete his hat trick before Sainey Nyassi sealed the Revolution's second win on the trot.
