Middle School Girls Basketball
In this Middle School Girls Basketball game, Warwick Academy defeated BHS 31 – 15, Maxanne Caines was a top performer for Warwick Academy on the defensive boards as she picked up the MSA point guard turned her back each time she touched the ball down the court.
Middle School Boys Basketball
The Warwick Academy Middle School Boys Basketball team continued their winning ways after they defeated Somersfield 36 - 5.
Fast improving big man Arriek Douglas once again led Warwick Academy in the scoring department with 12 points, while Delray Rawlins added 10 points with some accurate long range shooting, great vision, leadership and a calm and maturity well beyond his years. Raushon Tankard contributed 8 points while leading many fast breaks and caused many steals to assist their strong play.
Warwick Academy also got solid play from Jeremiah Andrade, Keevon Minors, Sam Ponte, Justin Ferreira, Matthew Bacon and Rajul Shakir.
