It was 601 days ago since the last full competition for the Brian Desmond’s Fordham University’s Swimming & Diving teammates that was until they were back in the pool to kick off the 2021-22 season against Manhattan College at the Messmore Aquatic Center.
Fordham's return to action was a solid one, as Desmond and his Men’s teammates picked up a 167-79 win.
Desmond finished 2nd competing in the Men’s 200 Yard Freestyle touching the wall in a time of 1:49.50.
During the Men’s 500 Yard Freestyle, Desmond finished 3rd clocking a time of 5:00.32.
